Edit and publish videos by chatting.
Tell EditnShip what to change. Ask it to cut unwanted parts, add captions, or clean up the sound. Review your video, then publish it to YouTube. Built for your Mac.
No account or card to start. After the trial, $29 once. No subscription. Apple silicon Macs, macOS 14+.
Just tell it what to do.
Shipmate is a chat box next to your video. Type what you want, like "remove the ums and tighten it up." It makes the edits for you.
It can cut words, add captions, add chapters, add music and more. It can even write your YouTube title and publish. Don't like a change? Just press undo.
Record like a pro.
Record your screen, your camera, or both. EditnShip puts your screen in a clean frame on a nice background. Your face sits in a small bubble in the corner.
On the Mac, every click turns into a smooth zoom. You can also blur the room behind you.
Sound like a real mic.
One click cleans up your audio. It removes background noise and echo. It also evens out your voice.
Want to compare? Play the before and after. You can turn it off any time.
Edit video like a doc.
EditnShip turns your video into text. Delete a word, and it's cut from the video. Move a sentence, and the video moves too.
Need more control? Use the timeline below. It always stays in sync with your text.
Ums and pauses? Gone.
EditnShip finds every "um," "uh" and stutter. Remove them one by one, or all at once.
It also shortens long pauses. And if you said something twice, it keeps your best take.
Captions in one click.
Captions come from your text. So when you fix a word, the caption changes too.
Pick one of 8 styles. Then change the font, color and position. You can even show your captions in 15 languages.
Look great, fast.
Quick design styles your whole video in one click. It adds a layout, captions, a title at the start and a label for each chapter.
Automatic zooms keep talking videos moving. And smooth jump cuts hide the cuts you made.
One video, many clips.
EditnShip finds the best 15 to 60 second moments in your video. Then it turns them into short clips.
Export them tall for TikTok and Reels, or square or wide. Your captions come along.
Straight to YouTube.
Connect your channel once. EditnShip writes your title, description, tags and chapters for you. It can even make your thumbnail.
Or export your video in up to 4K, wide or vertical. You can also save just the audio for a podcast.
Your channels, on autopilot.
Give Auto Post a topic. It makes short videos about it. You check them. Then it posts them on schedule to YouTube and Facebook, and prepares Instagram posts and TikTok drafts.
Set the language, length, voice and schedule. Just once.
Script, voice, footage, captions and music. All done for you.
Fix a title or a line. Then approve or reject.
Each video goes out at its next open slot.
A month of videos at once.
Tell Auto Post what the videos are about. Then pick a length from 15 to 90 seconds, a voice and a schedule.
Each video gets a script, a voiceover, captions and free stock footage. Then Auto Post checks it for problems, like silence or black frames.

Nothing posts without you.
Every new video waits for you in Review. Change the title. Fix one line and re-record just that line. Or swap a shot.
Happy with it? Approve one video, or all of them at once. Not happy? Reject it.

Every post on a calendar.
Approved videos fill your next open slots. You can move, post or cancel any of them.
YouTube and Facebook posts are scheduled ahead of time. So they go out even when your Mac is off.

Many accounts, one place.
Connect more than one account on each platform. For example, an English and a Spanish Instagram.
Then pick which series posts where. Your logins stay on your Mac.

Your brand
Add your logo, colors and social links. Each video can start with your brand and end with your handles.
Your avatar
Make an AI copy of yourself from a short video, with HeyGen. Then your avatar can present every video.
Run it by chat
Just ask: "Start a daily channel about space facts." The assistant shows you the cost first.
The real status
Every post shows where it really is: scheduled, posted, a draft, or failed with the reason. If a platform goes quiet, Auto Post checks before it tries again. So nothing posts twice.
Auto Post is part of the Mac app. It uses your own AI keys, and the stock footage is free. Instagram and TikTok posts go out from your Mac, so keep it on. TikTok posts arrive as drafts. Facebook, Instagram and TikTok currently connect through your own Meta or TikTok developer app (Settings → Auto Post); YouTube connects with one sign-in.
Or just ask Claude.
Use Claude? Connect it to EditnShip. Then ask Claude to cut, caption or export your video. You'll see every change happen in the editor.
It all stays on your Mac. And Claude can't publish or spend money unless you allow it.
Use AI your way.
You pick how AI is paid for. Change it any time. EditnShip never switches on its own.
Your own key
Add an OpenAI, Claude or Gemini key. You pay that company directly, at their price. We add nothing on top.
Your Claude plan
Connect Claude to the Mac app. Then Claude edits your video, using the plan you already pay for.
No AI at all
Editing, clean-up, Studio Sound and captions work with no key. On the Mac, transcripts and voices are made on your computer for free.
AI included
A monthly add-on, so you don't need any keys. You can stop it any time. Coming later.
You always see who pays.
Before an AI job runs, EditnShip shows what pays for it: your key, the add-on, or your Mac. If that runs out, it asks you first. It never moves to another key by itself.
Costs stay small.
Auto Post shows the cost of a batch before it starts. Every job has limits too, like 24 images at most. And testing a key is free.
Your first video in minutes.
New here? Open the sample video. A short guide walks you through five steps: add a video, clean it up, add captions, watch it, and export.
Making a real one? Start from a template, like a product demo, a customer FAQ or a service explainer. EditnShip also checks that there's room on your computer before you export.

Questions
What's free, and what costs $29?
The Mac app is free for 14 days with everything on. After that it keeps working, including exports; the only change is a small "Made with EditnShip" line on exports until you pay $29 once. That $29 covers every Mac you sign in on and all updates. AI you choose to use is billed by the AI company through your own key, never by us.
What if I buy and don't like it?
Full refund within 14 days of buying, no questions. The app returns to trial mode and your projects stay yours. To ask, email hello@rhfardin.com from the address you bought with.
What happens after the 14 days?
Everything keeps working. Your exports just get a small "Made with EditnShip" line until you buy. Your projects are never locked.
Which AI keys do I need, and what do they cost?
None to edit. Cutting, filler removal, Studio Sound, captions, exports, and on the Mac transcripts and speaker detection, all run on your computer with no key. For Shipmate chat, titles, thumbnails, translation and Auto Post scripts, paste an OpenAI, Claude or Gemini key in Settings → AI. You pay that company at their list price; EditnShip adds nothing, and Auto Post shows an estimate before each batch. If you already pay for Claude, connect Claude Desktop or Claude Code to the Mac app and it edits on the plan you have.
If I stop the AI add-on, do I lose anything?
No. Your Mac app, your projects and your own keys keep working. Only the included AI stops, at the end of the month you paid for.
Can I use it on more than one Mac?
Yes. Sign in on each of your Macs. You can see them, and remove one, in your account.
Does the Mac app work offline?
Yes. Once it's yours, it works without the internet. You only need to be online for AI from the cloud and for posting.
What does Auto Post cost?
You pay the AI and voice companies directly, with your own keys. Auto Post shows you the cost before each batch. The stock footage is free.
Where can Auto Post post?
YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, with several accounts on each one. TikTok posts arrive as drafts for you to finish. Today YouTube connects with one sign-in; Facebook, Instagram and TikTok connect through your own free Meta or TikTok developer app, set up in Settings → Auto Post.
Is it Mac only?
The full app is Mac only: Apple silicon (M1 or newer) on macOS 14 or later, and macOS 15 for screen recording. That is what lets transcription, speaker detection and Studio Sound run on your computer with no upload.
macOS says it can't verify EditnShip. Is that safe?
EditnShip is not yet signed with an Apple Developer ID, so the first launch needs one extra step: open System Settings → Privacy & Security and click "Open Anyway" next to EditnShip. You do this once. The download's SHA-256 is published at app.rhfardin.com/api/updates/mac/latest.json so you can check the file. We plan to sign and notarise the app; until then, updates are a download and reinstall.
What if something goes wrong?
Open Help in the app. It has short guides, and it can make a private report for support. The report never has your video, transcripts or keys.
